Right on, brother. If you're not laser targeting, you're selling ice to Eskimos.

I know many marketers become intoxicated with dreams of 10,000 site visits a day, 5,000 clicks, 100 new friends or followers...popularity is a strong drug. Friends don't let friends drink and set up PPC campaigns.

I like how God does his marketing - his target market is the entire world and he wrote the book on Attraction Marketing (sorry Mike Dillard and Ann Sieg). HE's got all methods of marketing humming along. Yet, only those who are ready to buy ever buy the course.

And we all rejoice when that one person clicks the buy button.

We know there's plenty more buyers out there who will eventually add the e-Book.

Good lesson for us all - rejoice when we get buyers, enjoy the relationship before and after the purchase, keep up the marketing and they will come.

Lawrence, keep up the good work.

Your message is rare on the internet these days and I appreciate you not only taking that stance but that you took the time to write about it. Way too many people get into network marketing and have no clue that it is a business just like their neighbourhood grocery store.

Great article Lawrence. Unfortunately linear income is what most are used to making. Many in the Houston area did not get paid while power was out.
